We’re looking for a full time permanent qualified Motor Technician to join our team.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Experience working within in a franchised dealership advantage but not required.
• Ability to diagnose, test and repair faults using the latest technology. 
• Build and maintain a high level of technical competence for diagnosing and servicing vehicles.
• Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ability to clearly complete job card write-ups with a thorough understanding of the requirements of franchised standards for warranty write-ups.
• Completing necessary upskilling courses.
• Strong IT skills would be an advantage
• Full training will be provided through the Ford network & a chance to become senior/master technician, Training will also be provided for Hybrid & full electric vehicles.

The Ideal Candidate must:

• Be fully qualified motor vehicle technician.
• Be highly motivated and have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
• Have the ability to clearly engage with the service manager to ensure the smooth & efficient flow of work.
• Have a full current driving licence
• Have experience in both diagnostics and fault-finding
• Possess strong organisational and planning skills.
