In this role you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of administration and supports function within Cork City Ford . You will provide a wide range of administration support services across several areas as outlined below:
- General office administration including Payroll administration, processing invoices & banking .
- Dealing with deliveries and collection for the office
- Maintaining of stationery and supplies
- General reception duties
- Support to the leadership team
- Support to After Sales Team
- Arranging of events and visits to the office
- Assist with Health and Safety initiatives and programmes as requested by Managment
- Demonstrate and adhere to company values.
Skills & Experience:
- Office Administration qualification or similar
- Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience in similar role.
- Self motivated with ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft suite of products..
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Enthusiastic, team player
